DIRECT ANSWER

What should the buyer decide?

A successful order starts with an approved product definition, not a price request alone. Confirm the model, functions, material, dimensions, attachments, finish, quantity, packing and inspection record before production begins.

01

1. Write a requirement brief that can be answered

State the target market, buyer type, training functions, available room, preferred models, order quantity, color, branding, packing and delivery destination. If the product is for resale, explain the intended entry, core or premium price position.

A complete brief identifies conflicts early—for example, a compact room paired with a large multi-user rack, or a wall-mounted request without a specified installation wall.

02

2. Approve the product before approving production

Review model name, overall dimensions, net weight, the 75 × 75 × 3 mm Q235 structure on rack models, 300 kg rated rack load, functions, attachments, pulley selection, cable system, finish and visible branding details.

Customized orders move through drawing approval. Changes after material preparation affect cost and timing, so the approved version is recorded before production.

03

3. Make quality control specific

Ask what is checked and how the result connects to your approved configuration. PBF Fitness uses a detailed release checklist covering frame alignment, weld areas, every fastening point, pulley type and size, cable routing, full function travel, accessory completeness, finish and packing.

Cable models can use aluminum-alloy or high-strength nylon pulleys with 7 × 19 steel wire rope validated through 100,000 pull cycles.

04

4. Plan packing and service parts before dispatch

Heavy uprights and finished surfaces need separated protection. Hardware should be grouped, accessories counted and cable components protected from movement inside the crate. Wear-part spares and a reference list should travel with the order.

Confirm crate count, package dimensions, gross weight and delivery documents before booking transport.

05

5. Build the repeat-order record

Keep the approved drawing, color reference, attachment list, packing method and inspection points together. This record allows a distributor to repeat the approved configuration without rebuilding the specification from memory.

Standard production is completed within 20 days after order details and drawing approval. The custom-product schedule is set from the approved drawing, order quantity and production scope.

  • Approved drawing and revision
  • Final configuration and color reference
  • Accessory and spare-parts list
  • Inspection and packing record
