    Share the market, product functions, quantity, target positioning and delivery needs.

    Confirm Q235 or stainless steel, dimensions, pulley system, attachments, finish and packaging.

  3. 03Drawing approval

    Review the proposed drawing and configuration. Production begins only after the key details are approved.

  4. 04Production planning

    Materials, fabrication, powder coating and assembly are scheduled for the confirmed quantity.

  5. 05Final quality check

    Every fastener, pulley size, movement, function and accessory list is checked before release.

  6. 06Protected shipment

    Wooden-crate packing includes grouped hardware, wear-part spares and a wear-part reference list.

How does a custom order move into production?

The buyer sends the requirements, both sides confirm the configuration and drawing, and production starts after approval. Inspection and packing follow the approved record.

Can PBF Fitness make stainless-steel equipment?

Yes. Stainless-steel material is available for suitable custom products, subject to the approved design and production scope.

Does customization change the schedule?

It can. Standard production is normally completed within 20 days after order details and drawing approval; a custom schedule is set from the approved scope and quantity.
