Keep the fault visible for the service team
Record a missing nut, bent bolt, damaged thread or repeatedly loose connection with a photograph of the whole joint. Do not tighten away the evidence or continue lifting while waiting for a part.
A cracked bracket, deformed tube or elongated hole is not a bolt-only repair. Keep the equipment out of service and ask the manufacturer to assess the structure; replacing hardware cannot establish that damaged steel is sound.
Build the replacement request from the drawing
Locate the connection in the parts diagram and identify the rack series, revision and part reference. Include the bolt, nut, flat or locking washers and any spacers rather than requesting a bolt by appearance.
Thread type and pitch must match the specified nut. Under-head length, unthreaded shank and thread coverage must suit the full joint stack-up; a bolt that enters the hole can still be wrong for the connection.
Rogue’s low-row parts drawing separates carriage bolts, shoulder screws, lock nuts and spacers. The example shows why neighbouring hardware can differ; its dimensions are not a parts list for another rack.
Separate identification from installation
Ask for the required material or strength specification, finish, locking components and any one-use replacement instruction. A different head marking or supposedly stronger shop bolt is not an approved substitution.
Removing a structural fastener can release support for an upright or crossmember. Clear and isolate the rack, then use the maker’s repair sequence and an installer who can support the assembly correctly. Do not copy a general bolt torque table.
After the approved repair, record the part reference and complete the prescribed joint and system checks before reopening the rack. Send PBF Fitness the model, connection photograph and parts-diagram location when requesting replacement information.
